Prosocial Assertiveness: How to Do No Harm

In the 60-minute on demand webinar participants will be introduced to the concept of mindfulness and its evidence base, while dispelling common misconceptions. They will engage in experiential mindfulness practices, focusing on the breath, and explore the wider values and applications of mindfulness in teams and the workplace.

The session will also emphasise the importance of ethics and compassion in mindfulness, discussing how these principles can be effectively applied at work. Participants will learn about prosocial assertiveness and engage in rehearsal exercises to develop effective communication skills.

By the end of the webinar, attendees will have a clear understanding of mindfulness, be equipped with practical techniques, and possess the knowledge to apply prosocial assertiveness in their professional environments.
