MHFA Training: Face-to-face Delivery
The Standard Mental Health First Aid course equips you with essential skills to offer initial support to adults experiencing mental health challenges or crises, bridging the gap until professional intervention can be secured or the situation stabilises.
Held face-to-face over two days, the workshop provides participants with comprehensive insights into identifying common mental health issues. Participants develop the ability to recognise and effectively respond to developing or escalating mental health concerns while also understanding the range of available treatments and support resources.
