Resilience First Aid training teaches staff at all levels how to create a culture of resilience that is healthy and psychosocially safe, fostering connection, stronger teamwork, and more efficient teams.
Delivered by a licensed instructor this course is a proven, evidence-based prevention program that builds resilience in you and others through practical tools, assessments, and skills. It is accredited by Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
This course will teach you how to interact with staff with more compassion, recognise needs, and proactively support staff resilience to build more effective teams.

Delivery Format
can deliver Resilience First Aid Training as either:
- A 2-day face-to-face workshop for your team at your premises
- A 2-day face-to-face workshop for your team at an arranged venue
Delivery can be onsite at your premises or at an arranged venue.
A minimum of ten participants are required per delivery, up to 20.
