Conflict is an inevitable part of work, but poorly handled conflict can lead to breakdowns in communication and collaboration, team inefficiency, and lower performance and productivity, reducing your team's effectiveness.
Conflict Resolution Training for the Workplace uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) to teach your team to consciously steer conflict situations in constructive directions.
Participants will learn about their own and others’ approaches to conflict and develop skills to assess conflict situations and select appropriate strategies to address them. You’ll practice using different conflict-handling modes and create an action plan to develop more effective conflict-resolution skills.
