Face-to-face Delivery
MiTraining offers regular public workshops of the Standard Mental Health First Aid course around Australia, held over two days.
Online Delivery
If you are not able to attend a face-to-face workshop, the MHFA Standard course is also available in a blended online format. Complete e-learning modules and participate in two instructor-led group sessions via video conferencing.
Corporate Delivery
For teams of 6 or more, MiTraining can deliver Mental Health First Aid training in your workplace or venue of your choice.

Mental Health First Aid Courses
The Standard Mental Health First Aid course is designed for adults 18 years and over from every level of your business. During the course, you will learn how to provide initial support to other adults who are experiencing or developing a mental health problem.
