Face-to-Face Mental Health First Aid Courses in Brisbane

Mental Health First Aid courses at our Brisbane location are offered as a two-day face-to-face workshop. In-person learning is a great way to get more from the course and gain confidence in approaching mental health concerns in the workplace.

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to recognise the symptoms of mental health problems, provide initial aid, and support other adults. The training program offers exposure to a variety of common problems, including:
