Become a Mental Health First AiderTM with MiTraining's 2-day face-to-face workshop in Ryde

The accredited Mental Health First Aid course (Standard) teaches you how to offer initial support to other adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem, or are in a mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
