Promote Workplace Health and Wellbeing

Develop the skills and knowledge required to promote improved health and wellbeing amongst team members.

It applies to individuals working in frontline management roles in a diverse range of industry sectors and business contexts. 

Course Content

This course is structured into three modules:

1. Review team health and wellbeing

  • Research strategies for improved health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Analyse factors impacting on health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Determine techniques that support achievement of improved health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Develop a plan for improved health and wellbeing in line with relevant organisational policies and procedures

2. Facilitate health and wellbeing in the workplace

  • Develop awareness of health and wellbeing among team members including factors contributing to, and risks impacting health and wellbeing
  • Maintain personal health and wellbeing to foster a healthy and safe workplace
  • Encourage team members to support each other in developing personal health and wellbeing
  • Adopt work routines and procedural strategies to manage health and wellbeing

3. Monitor workplace health and wellbeing

  • Monitor individual performance of team members against their health and wellbeing needs
  • Conduct regular reviews of individual and team workplace health and wellbeing to identify variations and difficulties
  • Respond appropriately to behavioural signs of reduced health and wellbeing among team members

Course Duration

You have a full three months access to the learning resources to complete this course.
