  • Assessing currency and efficacy
  • Feedback and suggestion for improvement
  • Revise diversity policy and incorporate improvements

2. Foster respect for diversity in the work team

  • Training needs
  • Struggling to work with diversity
  • Benefits of working with diverse groups
  • Addressing complaints

3. Promote the benefits of diversity

  • Promoting workforce diversity
  • The role of diversity in gaining a competitive advantage
  • Championing diversity

Course Duration

You have a full three months access to the learning resources to complete this course.
