Prosocial Assertiveness: How to Do No Harm

In the 60-minute on demand webinar participants will be introduced to the concept of mindfulness and its evidence base, while dispelling common misconceptions. They will engage in experiential mindfulness practices, focusing on the breath, and explore the wider values and applications of mindfulness in teams and the workplace.
