Julie Robinson is a practitioner, author and expert "mind trainer" who works alongside Olympic athletes and executives as well as children, teenagers, and young adults.

Her book Mind Training for Swimming Fast teaches the mental skills for toughness, wisdom, and happiness in swimming. It reveals modern neuroscience tricks that produce happier and wiser swimmers.

Julie is a teacher and master practitioner of Clinical Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and specialises in overcoming stress, anxiety and depression-related disorders. In turn, she helps clients to enjoy their lives, to realise their potential for happiness, have contentment, and clear limiting beliefs permanently.
