The Standard Mental Health First Aid course equips you with essential skills to offer initial support to colleagues and staff coping with emotional distress as an accredited Mental Health First Aider™ in your workplace.
Upon successful completion of your two-day course and a short assessment, your certificate is issued from Mental Health First Aid® Australia, and you may use the title of accredited Mental Health First Aider™.
