Burnout to Breakthrough™ is an evidence-based workshop that helps leaders and teams understand burnout as a systemic, preventable condition and shows how stress physiology, workplace pressure, and leadership habits influence performance and wellbeing.
This training helps leaders understand the real drivers of burnout, address root causes, and create healthier work environments from the ground up. You’ll learn evidence-based leadership habits that reduce psychosocial risk and can help prevent burnout before it takes hold.
By undertaking this training, employees can strengthen their focus, emotional regulation, and performance under pressure, to be better equipped to navigate workplace challenges without becoming overwhelmed.
Delivery Format
MiTraining can deliver Burnout to Breakthrough™ as either:
- 3-hour face-to-face condensed workshop at your premises
- 6-hour face-to-face program at your premises
- Half-day leadership training workshop at your premises
- Two 90-minute virtual sessions
A minimum of six participants is required per delivery, up to 20. Prices start from $3,300 plus GST (excluding travel and venue costs).
