The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification that develops the skills and knowledge required to lead teams, support workplace performance and coordinate operational activities.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications.
To enrol, learners must:
- have access to a computer and internet
- provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Learners may be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment based on previous education levels.
Learners are expected to have access to a workplace or a simulated environment to complete assessment activities.

- 7 elective units

Assessment
