-
What’s included in the $3,400 pricing?

Travel and venue costs (if applicable) are additional.
-
Do participants receive a certificate?

-
What’s the difference between face-to-face and blended delivery?
Face-to-face is 2 full consecutive days (14 hours) with an instructor. Blended delivery combines approximately 6 hours of self-paced online learning with two 2.5-hour instructor-led video sessions. Both result in the same accreditation.
Blended is ideal for remote teams or those who prefer flexible scheduling.
-
How many Mental Health First Aiders should we have?
While there’s no legal minimum, best practice suggests having at least 10% of your workforce trained as Mental Health First Aiders, similar to physical first aid requirements. The right number depends on your workplace size, risk profile, and shift patterns.
