Mental Health First Aid Training Delivered in Your Workplace

Building a psychologically safe workplace starts from a foundation of empathy. It’s about leading with care, compassion and curiosity. And for those organisations prioritising staff mental health, the bottom line has never looked better.

The effects of mental illness can present differently in the workplace, but can often be masked just below the surface. While physical first aid is widely accepted as a 'must-have', many people do not know how to support a colleague, friend or family member with mental health challenges.

The Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches your team the skills to be prepared and confident to facilitate conversations, provide guidance, and support to colleagues and staff coping with emotional distress as an accredited Mental Health First Aider™ in your workplace.

Delivery format

This two-day course is delivered as either a face-to-face workshop for your team at your premises, or we can arrange a venue for you. It can also be delivered as an Online Blended workshop for your team, made up of e-learning modules and two instructor-led sessions held via video conferencing.

A minimum of six participants are required per delivery, up to 20. Prices start from $2,900 plus GST (excluding travel and venue costs).
